Now you want to dive deeper and discover how you can integrate more movement into your everyday life to help you achieve your personal goals.
All good teachers recommend a regular personal practice, as this is the best way to bring about lasting change. It can be hard to begin, so having a teacher to guide you individually can really help.
Together, we will create a personal practice for you, which could include a few different strategies from my movement therapy toolbox, such as yoga, qigong, exercises for balance and flexibility, breathing practices, meditation and other energy-balancing techniques. You’ll learn how to tune into your inner wisdom to create harmony in the body, mind and emotions, manage the challenges in your life with ease and grace, and connect with your wellspring of inner peace.
Your practice will most likely be about 15-30 minutes long, so that you can fit it into most days.
The Movement Starter Package includes one 60-minute initial consultation, an individually designed home practice for you, plus one 45-minute follow-up session to help you learn your practice and answer any questions you might have. This will get you off to a great start. To help you modify and extend your practice over time, you may choose the continued support of the My Personal Movement Therapist package.
